Naruto Ninja Deck is a free, unofficial fan site for NARUTO: Ninja Cards, run by one person in Israel. This page explains what we store about you, why, who can see it, how long we keep it and what you can do about it.
Contact
For any question about your data, to ask for a copy, a correction or deletion, to object to how we use it, or if you are a parent: email [email protected]. This address is only for privacy and safety matters, and we aim to answer within 30 days.
What we store
- Account: your email address, username, password (stored only as a secure hash by our login provider) and your birth month and year (to check the minimum age).
- What you create: decks (name, description and cards), votes, saved decks, card stars, your card collection and reports you file.
- Technical: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and the basic request logs (such as IP address) that our hosting providers keep for security. If someone under the minimum age tries to sign up, a cookie with no personal data blocks sign-up in that browser for 24 hours. A popup reminder about donations is remembered in your browser's storage, so it doesn't show again too soon.
We do not show ads, sell data, use tracking or analytics cookies, or build marketing profiles.
Why we use it
- To run the site you signed up for: your account, decks, chat, friends and messages.
- To keep the community safe: preventing spam, handling reports, suspending accounts that break the rules.
- To meet legal duties, for example answering lawful requests from authorities.
Who can see what
- Public: your username, when you joined, your public decks (name, description and cards) and card star totals.
- Only you: your email, birth month and year, private decks, collection, saved decks, votes and who you starred.
- There is no chat, commenting or private messaging on the site: players cannot send each other messages.
Services we use
- Supabase: database and login (data stored in the European Union).
- Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery.
- Ko-fi: only if you choose to donate; their own privacy policy applies there.
How long we keep it

Your rights
- Download your data and delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and everything you created.
- Ask us to correct your data, or object to how we use it, by email at [email protected].
- Complain to a data protection authority: in Israel the Privacy Protection Authority; in the EU or UK, the authority where you live.
Children
You must be at least 13 to create an account. Players can't message or comment to each other, so there is no private contact between players on the site. If we learn that someone under 13 has an account, we delete it. Parents can contact us at [email protected].
Security
Data is protected with access rules in the database (for example, nobody else can read your private messages), encrypted connections, and limits against spam. No system is perfect; tell us if you find a problem.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and point out important changes on the site.
